I dont even think that California will reverse the decision to a NC.... especially becuase his opponent tested positive as well
but I dont see him keeping his title
California doesn't ahve any rules in place to reverse a win, so they couldn't either way.

BJ is supposed to be going up. There isn't much for him in the LW.
If they have to wait for some of their TUF guys to come around, then we are in trouble.
LW could have a strong division if they bring some pride guys over, and grab some other contracts that are still up in the air. Otherwise there aren't many LW fighters in the UFC, let alone, ones who could/should be champs.
The UFC has stepped in and helped people out before. So have other fight organizations.
The LW fighters all ready don't get paid as well as some of the other divisions; so there isn't really a draw for new fighters to come.
Who knows.
I bet on good odds; but I'm hoping Sherk has repercusions for his choices. He should be suspended and fined.
I made them up. jamesg2323 suggested the vbookie event and said he figured 6:1 was fair, so I threw in 3:1 for a reduced suspension.

I came up with 6-1 odds based on what it would take for me to actually bet on Sherk winning the appeal. Based on the current betting i guess those odds might be a little too sweet...even though i don't know how sherk can possibily get out of this.
The "house" will probably come out way ahead on this bet.
