Talking Kristian Rothaermel 40-4???????????????

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ultimate Fighter 3 contestant Kristian Rothaermel's record is 40-4????? How in the world did he get a record like that? His record is way better than Chuck Liddel, Vanderlei Silva, any other big MMA fighters. He is a no good bum. His record is probably fabricated by himself. Maybe its the other way around 04 wins and 40 loses. He does not have any talent, he does not have any striking, takedown, wrestling and submission skills. That record is probably his mugging record when he used to be a bum in the streets of New Orleans, well he is still a bum anyway. And his nickname "Weather Underground", what the hell is that? And his hero? Wonder Woman? First of, thats a fictional character and second of all she's a woman. Maybe if ever the UFC gives him another match he could wear the same outfit as Wonder Woman. Maybe the UFC hired him to be the Jobber like in Professional Fake Wrestling like the WWE. Maybe could sign with the WWE and be their World Champion, its scripted anyway so he could have the longest title reign. Thats where he belong in fake wrestling. Maybe that 40-4 record is his fake wrestling record. Even Rory is Gay Singer can take him and maybe even Leila Ali can beat the shit out of that lousy bum.

You cannot possibly judge any mma fighter by his win/loss record alone.

You also have to look at how, against who, where, and when he has fought.

There are a lot of unprofessional small-time organizations out there with some real unskilled fighters that any fighter with a little skill can travel around to and build a good-sized number of wins.

And not all organizations everywhere have the same set of athletic commision sanctioned rules that the ufc does...so what allowed a fighter to excell in that organization may not even be allowed in the ufc.

Plus some fighters have had the good fortune to fight some opponents when they were injured, having problems in their personal life, when they were well past their prime, when they didn't have sufficient time to prepare and train, etc.

Looking at stats is important...but you really have to study a mma fighter and all of his former opponents' history closely to see their real worth as competitors in any top-tier mainstream organization like the ufc.

Lastly...don't forget that anything can happen on any given day once the ref gives them their instructions, they touch gloves, and then go at it....especially if they are not used to being in front of a huge crowd on camera.

The best odds-makers get proven wrong all the time.

lol leave kristian alone he gives it his best. but he got that good record by facing local chumps a lot and building up his record, but when he came to the ufc he had a lot tougher competion, but he has a lot of heart and tries his best, so u should try to stop dissing him, mma is a very competive sport, its not that easy to win a fight, anything can happen.

exactly what he said, look at andri's record 11-5 and randy's record 14-8, they may not have the best records but r consitered to be in the top rank in the world.

that's kristian's combined mma and grappling record. he's got a brown belt in bjj and has been in a bunch of jiujitsu competitions so that accounts for a big part of his record.

Joe Rogan has pointed it out a bunch of times when a good skilled fighter has totally lost it in front of the cameras and a large crowd.

Lol...Jeff "the snowman" Monson said that he had a real bad case of "octagon syndrome" when he fought Ricco Rodriguez on a ufc PPV a few years ago.

He has freely admitted that he was nervous as hell, his adrenaline went through the roof, and he freaked out and totally lost his game plan...and got his butt kicked.

That's when he moved all of the way from Washington state to Florida to train with ATT, started all over from scratch and revamped his whole fighting strategy, trained his butt off, started letting ATT more carefully select his opponents and prepare him for his fights, and then took his time while paying his dues along the way, as he was getting ready to return to the ufc.

And if you look at his recent record and the numerous titles he already holds...it has obviously paid off (since now he is the #1 ufc HW contender too)...and I don't think cameras or crowds still bother him much anymore...lol

But he has called it right by thanking the guys at ATT constantly for where he is now...they have done a superb job of training, preparing, and managing him so far.

Now that he has moved back in the Pacific Northwest and has opened up ATT West in Olympia, Washington...I bet we will be seeing some more decent fighters coming from there too.

C'mon now if his record is 40-4 he should even be better than Randy or Arlovski...your MMA record shows you how good you are but, in terms of Kristian...he sucks really bad, he even lost to that McDonald guy who is no better than Kristian. Michael Bisping beat the crap out of him. He is a no good lousy bum. His 40-4 record is a fake. He does need to go to that fake wrestling called WWE. Until he shows he deserves to be in the UFC, I will continue to Dog on him. Kristian should have won the Lightheavyweight division based on his record or at least made it to the finals.

What do you mean you can't base a fighter's record on its won lose record??? Isn't that the point? If you win a bunch of fights that means you are good...in Kristian's case 40-4 shouldn't he be a Chuck Liddel type of fighter? What other MMA league did he go to? Maybe he beat up a bunch of kindergarden and counted that to his record. There is indeed alot of MMA league that the fighters are lousy...thats where Kristian needs to go back too...not in the UFC. If Kristian goes to Pride he will be killed. You know how brutal Pride Fighters are.

I know anything can happen in MMA...you could be leading by the judges cards but, one lucky punch or a mistake on your part could be a big difference but, Kristian can't be that lucky to have a 40-4 record. He doesn't even have a takedown skill or a submission skill. I saw 2 of his fights and he was pummeled really bad.

Okay if I was Dana White I'll give Kristian 1-2 more fights if he continues to struggle..I'm pulling the plug on him. And for Christ sake he needs to change his idol....Wonder Woman???? C'mon. Why would you idolize a cartoon/comic character? Writers for the cartoon/comic can make Wonder Woman either a Saint or a God. He should at least start small like Barbara Walters or something.

lol for the last time, he probably didnt fight very skilled fighters. probably a small time agent getting him local fights. but come on how would u feel if u gave ur life for a sport and may have not done good and to have somebody doging on u, give him some credit, he may not be the best but is defenitly not total garbage, otherwise he wouldnt be in the ufc, he was agins bisping who is an outstanding fighter and that could have happened to anyone, and he faced rob macdonald who is a very wellrounded fighter and he got cought with an armbar.
