The problem was that some of Ken's team, especially Tait, had V little respect for him or what he was saying.
When Ken made one of his fighters (can't remeber who right now) spar a day before his fight they all moped around & bitched leading to Kens argument with Tait.
Maybe that was the real reason he passed, he was still sulking with Ken?

still a god awful reason.
Thats when I lost respect for Tait
the guy complained when Ken wasnt pushin him, then complained when Ken was pushin him.. then he quits.. awful showing for Tait overall.

Yep. I think Noah's got a better chance of being asked to fight on a UFN then Tait after that!

The only other reason that I would think that Tait would have turned that down was maybe his weight?
He took an ass beating from Josh, IMO Tait won that fight... yet I digress.
Now, if you're hurt, overweight, and supposed to weigh in the next day... are you going to do well?
I don't agree with Tait's decision by any stretch, however I'm just trying to reason out/play devil's advocate.
