all you guys are looking at it way in the wrong way. plent of guys get selected for the show and they have undefeated records and have beaten the guys they fight and then get on the show and lose. the realize they have to learn more before their ready. all those guys new going in they were going to be fighting bisping whos the best lhw on the show. they had already lost on national tv to a worse fighter and now were gonna be fighting someone better. its stupid for any of them to take the fight because losing twice on national is worse then losing once. they both new dana just needed someone to throw to bisping and they were smart not to take it.

Bullshit.

Leban lost twice on the first series & he's still fighting in the UFC, because he showed heart.

If Tait (who if memory severs me lost a controversial decision that still baffles me) was half the fighter he said he was he would have relished the chance to fight Bisping. Would he have cried off if Bisping got paired off with him in the prelims?

If he wasn't ready for the fight fair enough, but don't make excuses by saying I passed so that the another fighter could have my chance. Pure Colombian un-cut horse-shit!.

It pisses me off so bad to see these guys who get the chance of a lifetime an they fuckin blow it , they come there an they give half assed fights an im not sayin everyone there is like that because there not but a guys like tait , noah, christian an im sorry but matt & mike N. they had a sloppy fight i expected more from both of them but they all go there an say they would do anything for a shot but then dont give it there all an when given a second chance which doesnt happen much in a persons life they bitch out thats bullshit , i know many guys who would kill do be in there place i hope to never see tait , noah or christian in any type of mma sport again.

I tried covering the counter argument Kass presented, knowing someone would point it out, in my actual initial response. I know it's a great chance of losing, but you shouldn't agree to go in the tourney on the show to begin with if you aren't willing to take every chance you get regardless of the risk of looking bad. Don't feed me the undefeated and big revelation crap because Tait and Kristian were not undefeated going into the show, not by a long shot. Both guys had no business going on the show to begin with if they weren't mentally ready to throw caution to the wind and take every chance in front of them.

Overall... saying no to a fight is the biggest bitch move a fighter can do IMO

Esp. on a show where you're fighting to become the next "Ultimate Fighter" lol. If you go in willing to quit if things get rough, you have no business trying out to be in the UFC. It's just not gonna work. After this show, if you do good like you had to intend on doing before joining the show or you wouldn't be there, every fight is going to get harder and harder and harder. So Kass's argument really holds no water with me.

I'm inclined to believe what the above poster said. Their ducking an asswhooping. And any real fighter would jump at the chance to get lucky. But really none of those guys has a shot . The guy with the funny beard, is weak. He's a JJB guy but yet he did very little of that in his fight. While Ken screamed at him to take him down. He stood there and tryed to trade blows with that bar room flailer. I see alot of them pass on the triangle, when they clearly have their back and would be easy to clamp on.Matt did,Kaleb,Fletcher too I think. Most of these guys are scrubs. And on team Shamrock they didnt listen to Ken enough.While. Titos guys were like little robots carrying out ever move he yelled to them.Kens right that the cardio thing wasnt his responability to make sure they were ready to match Titos guys, But of the other hand Tito knows the importance of stamina. And of all the things he could give them, that would be easyest and most usefull to them in the ring. Ken should have done the same. Just boot camp their ass' and spare alot at 80% would have been better I think.

Kens partially to blame for the Cardio, he gave them too many breaks but still he brought in a personal trainer right? so Cardio shouldnt of been a problem.. so yea these guys shoulda came to the show in better shape.
