I'd love to see Serra / Hughes again.

Sherk / Penn

I even like the idea of doing actual camps (somewhat like IFL)....
Extreme Couture / American Top Team

and only God know why, but I see greatness in....
Ricco Rodriquez / Frank Mir

I'd like to see coaches coach not fighters the UFC wants to promote. For example Greg Jackson, Pat Militech, Bas, especially Bas.
Edit: I realize this is a very very unlikely situation. No way those guys leave their gym for months to do TUF.
