I hope Joey not the next Gabe on the show. Seems like he got some screws lose in his head. But about him not deserving his black belt nahhh no way. Some people can't Translate BJJ into MMA that well. He could be a beast is BJJ but when theres bombs being droped at his head its another story. You have to put time into getting you Black belt. Diaz was a very busy fighter so maybe he took some time off from the Gi. (but he did get his black belt after a gogo in a mma match so i could be wrong)

I watched thre episode last night, at the end of the match did serra refer to jow as a "Fucking pussy" when he tapped? I thoughts that is what he said, but I kind of read his lips. Anyone else pick up on that?

Ive only just watched this, and I thought he'd said something along the likes of "pussy" when he tapped (at the point where they were showing Serra at cageside in the recap) but i couldnt quite catch it properly when i rewound it back, it was a bit too quick to catch exactly what he said

I just watched it and I picked up something along those lines when he lost... Serra is messing up right now and will probably get dominated. Hughes may be a dick, but Serras a douche and talking shit about your fighters is pretty weak.

Joey should work more MMA training if he wants to survive in the ring, or he should stick to grappling. As it is now he can't take punches well enough to make it in the ring.

Danzig has pretty good JJ skills though he has wins by triangle, and omoplata and in his amatuer career all he did was sub people with armbars, and leglocks I mean that doesnt mean hes great on the ground but it does say he has skills there right?

Joey didnt look that bad on the ground IMO, Franca got his guard passed by Sherk and Franca is a qualified black belt. I think Joey and Serra hit it on the button, nerves got to him.. Danzig still would of beaten him but Joey could of looked better on the ground.. just my opinion because the way Serra treats Joey, doesnt sound like he would of gift wrapped a black belt for him. I know he was one of his best men, and there good friends, and Serra showed a lot of favoritism by making him his #1 pick but.. the way he went about training him for the fight, and during the fight.. doesnt seem like anything would come easy for that kid.

Yeah, I agree Afro.. but come on.. that Triangle was slow as hell and Joe (I am not calling him Joey) did nothing. At that level, instincts should kind of kick in.

I don't think I will be able to enjoy this season of TUF because of Serra's voice. I can't stand it. It ruins the fights for me. It's unfortunate because I love the show.

I wish I had a Serra mute button on my remote.
