Rich dominated. Really good to see that fire in Rich again. As long as he doesnt have to fight A Silva i think Rich will be fine.

Love ritch did just as well as I thought but I really don't think he is able the beat the guys from Blackhouse yet he needs anew camp for that.

Great job by Rich tonight. Still - Wish he would have fought Dan Henderson before he moved up to 205. Guess it would have been useless since it wouldn't have led to another title shot, but still - That's one of my dream fights.

Hope it still happens, somehow, down the road.

Me too, with their different styles of fighting it should make for a great fight. Although I see Hendo trying to stand with Franklin only to get knocked out by the 2nd or 3rd round. Would be an awesome fight though... and it could still happen. They would be paid nicely i'm sure by Dana if they fought, and I can see it happening in 2009. Atleast I hope so. Franklin would get tuned by Silva again unless he tried to pick his shots better and maybe try to ground and pound him. Hendo went two rounds with Silva, controlling the first round surprisingly, only to fall victim to Silva's gameplan and got owned viciously. Same with Franklin. I don't blame Rich for moving up... he's got a better chance at LHW then he does against Silva and the MW belt.

20 pounds heavier and not a step lost. He looked good last night.. he looked fast, he was moving well, etc.

His unique TDD seemed to still be working for him. This might be a good move for Rich. He should at least do 2 or 3 more fights. I am sure next fight he will look even better when he can put on some more muscle and has to cut a little.

Yeah, he looked great and moved great for fighting 20lbs. heavier. He looked like Silva after he moved up... now if only he could beat him...

I love Franklin though and he will move up the LHW ranks fast I believe. He won't fight cans, he'll fight top contenders and move to #1 contender by next year easily, imo.
