View your posts / View posts since your last visit?

I was just wondering if there is a way to have a button where you can view the posts that you have participated in and also a button that shows the new posts since the last time you have logged in.I am a member of a few other forums and they almost all have that option so I would like to know if there is a way I can do this here.

If you click on your own name then you can select find all posts by user and it will list all of your posts. As for topics that you have posted in when you look at the list of topics on a page look at the envelopes on the left side topics where you posted will have a black dopt on them. New topics since the last time you visited should have the title in bold.

Thanks for your help this is my first time using this type of message board the other boards im a member of use PHPBB I think so im more used to that.
