alright i fill stupid for asking this but i never knew and i wonder how do you become adminastors or moderators?

It's feel and not fill.Administrators are the guys that created this site-Boone and Cruz.Moderators are people that Cruz and Boone have dealt with on other sites.They move off topic shit and ban people when they need to be banned.You can't and will never become a moderator or an administrator if that's what you were wondering.

^^^Not here at least. Admins like he said create the site, you can be one by creating one of many free forum sites. Being an Admin also gives you mod powers. Basically you become a mod by being a good poster and the forum being in need of moderators.

I'm a moderator on Paul Buentello's forum, but that place has been dead for months now.
