Kobe or Lebron

Been debating this with some buddies lately and curious to see what you guys think. Lebron had a better individual year but I still say Kobe. It is obviously very close but I think Kobe is a better shooter and is more clutch. Lebron is a monster and gets to the rim better than maybe anyone in NBA history. He is still young and may well completely blow past Kobe in this debate before his career is over, but based on their skills now, I'd give Kobe the slight edge.

Lebron is the more complete player. He also is a lot better at making the players around him better. I'm going with Lebron.

Lebron all the way, you gotta remember, three of those championships Kobe's holding are from the sidecar with SHAQ. Lebron all the way, but I'd personally have a team with both DWade and Chris Paul than a team with just Kobe or 'Bron.

Could say the same of your boy D-Wade and Shaq. And Kobe won without Shaq, and he'll win without him again now that we've got Artest,

Lebron James is KING.... kobe is a good player.. but you wouldn't want to hang around him when he's not on the court. Lebron has the full package... I would rather have a superstart small forward than a shooting guard anyday!

how do you know someone wouldn't want to hang w/ kobe? do you know him personally? Also, Lebron is the image-conscious sore loser, not kobe, so if anyone has shown what he may be like off the court it is 'bron.

Lebron has the full package...fine (but not the best outside shooter imo) but are you saying Kobe doesn't have the total package?

Not sure about taking a small forward over a shooting guard "anyday" --- you realize Jordan was a shooting guard? would you rather have Pippen than MJ?
