Fantasy Basketball advice

I wasn't sure where I should actually put this thread guys so please move if i'm wrong.(And yes I did see the Fantasy basketball topic but i thought that was mainly for the mmanews forums league.)


I've been thinking of making a move lately in my league but i'm not sure if the present one is the right one. Me and a guy have been going back and forth to try and reach common ground in this trade but i'm just not feeling it so far.

This is the trade currently on the table

He's offering

Nicholas Batum
Dwight Howard
Marc Gasol

for

Derrick Rose
Ben Gordon
Tyson Chandler

The only thing appealing to me in that trade is dwight howard. I have chris bosh on my team so i'm not desperate for a big man but dwight howard is a big step up no matter how good your team is. I'm having a huge problem with giving up both derrick rose and ben gordon.(derrick rose especially). Any feedback on this would be appreciated.

I wouldn't do it, you are not getting nearly enough in return for Rose/Gordon, plus Chandler could come around. Howard is the only thing he is really offering so it's like he's offering 1 starter for 2, maybe 3 if Chandler comes around.

I have Rose on my team and he's been a nice surprise. If I were you, I would subtract Batum and Rose from the equation and offer Chandler/Gordon for Howard/Gasol.
