I've become sick and tired of david stern and his meddling. He does things here and there but he won't do them in other instances. I remember rude fans and media giving Kobe all kind of shit for that move he does when he went up to shoot then flung his arm back. The first time Kobe did this he was immediately suspended. No appeal, no nothing. He couldn't even get a return phone call from David Stern. Below you will see the league's "golden boy" lebron james doing the exact same thing.

Where is the suspension? If they do it for one they must do it for all. They can't cut cases just because he's lebron. When they came down on the suns/spurs series, the excuse used was, "they have to follow the rules" I guess that dosen't apply to everyone.
