Default Some advanced weight training techniques

Here is a rather lengthy (8 and some odd minutes long) video going through some advanced strength training techniques.

I beleieve this one is from the Polish strength training circle. the video is circulating some of the more popular strength training forums and groups, and I thoguht you guys may enojy it!

These guys would train almost exclusively in the olympic power movements (Snatch, and Clean and Jerk).
