In general Mercury poisoning isn't too much of a concern if you buy quality fish.

Although this does bring up the point that you should get some blood work done at the doctors office about once a year or so and see if there are any deficiencies/problems. The mercury issue would be picked up there if there was a problem and them you could adjust accordingly.
