so im doing mma rules, and then kinda like a muy thai/kick boxing at the end of Feb., and i really dont wanna get my face punched in, of course ive been getting tips and training with people at my school, but all i can get will help. any suggestions?

also, whens the last time you should eat? im eating 5 -6 small things a day, but ive heard 2 different things about night; not to eat 2-3 hours before going to bed, or eat something small 2-3 hours before you go to bed to keep your metabolism, whats worked best for you?

If you're gonna have trouble making weight don't eat...obviously. But if your good then eat slow burning carbs to keep your energy levels constant for the next morning
