No, Muscletech in general is massively overpriced and you are getting:
* Hydroxycut - which the new formula sucks
* Luekic which is nothing special
* A diuretic which will only help with water weight
I personally like SAN Tight and I have also heard good things about Redline. The other choice would be an ECA stack. I don't remember the exact ratios of Ephedra, Caffeine, and Aspirin, so you would have to look it up

I wanna spend maybe roughly 100 bucks, what would you recommend buying as a whole set? Im sure you shouldnt take weight cutting pills just by themselves right?

I would say the weight cutting pills and some good protein/amino acids. Then it's just all about diet and training intensity.
So which ever thermogenic you go with
100% Whey protein (I like Optimum Nutrition)
Some Branch Chain Amino Acids
