Yoga is important esp if you do warm up before exercise or sparring to avoid injury, and when i'm starting do Yoga years ago my Strenght and Physique improves (besides flexibility)...those are the other benefits.

dude yoga is awesome, first it will increase strength, flexibility, and will also help recovering and avoiding injury. It is also great for balance which is a huge thing in a fight. You should try it.
