6-2 185 is a good weight if you have some muscle. Honestly if you say you are training they way you are then you have to go on a specific diet otherwise its hopeless I can give you a couple good diets. I am on a similar plan. Trying to lose weight and gain muscle. Im not going to type this shit up unless you really are going to do it. I know its ironic being part of a forum and hating typing but that's just who I am lol.

Im about 5'10, 218lbs. I was 225 but ive been tryin to cut like crazy. I always weight train with a very high intensity. Im tryin to cut muscle mass and fat, only because I dont mind having a bigger frame, but it bulks up in your face. I want to cut to a still large build, but more cut, maybe around 195-205lbs.
So overall
5'10 218lbs
Goal - around 200lbs.
