Height- 6' 2''

Starting weight- 283 lbs

Goal weight- 250 lbs

I started working out again after not working out for 9 months. Started a new job and it was stressful as hell!!! i gained 45 lbs, and im trying to get some muscle back and loose this belly. So my goal is to be 250 lbs by may, and im wanna get back to bjj too.

im around 185 maybe a little more im trying to watch what i eat, i was wondering if im working out enough though.. at the moment im doing roughly 10 miles running a day 6 days a week sometimes a little less do you think thats enough? thanks people

Well, personally, I would change some of that long distance running with some HIIT and add in some weight training. I don't no what your goals are though.

Clint compiled a good list of articles and websites with explaining what HIIT and other training concepts are. Take some time and look it over.

I do, do abb workouts everyday and my arms nearly every other day, iv just started doing some sprinting aswell and boxing with my brother, but i just dont seem to move in weight at all i just stay at the same place all the time and its not like im not eating heathy or anything i try to keep most of what i eat really clean and stay away from carbs but the weight still dont wanna shift!

How much do you weigh? If you are running 60 miles a week then you must be eating mcdonalds when you are done. You prob are burning about 1200-1300 cals if you are running 10 miles a day. Are you walking or running? At what speed? And what are you eating? Do have muscle are trying to lean out? How long have you been on the same program?

Typically it will take 3-4 weeks for just about any diet or exercise program to kick in and see results.

i weigh around 185 to 190 and im about 6 ft 2 and i do eat quite clean sometimes i eat junk but not to often, and im quite lean not like solid all over but quite solid and i run my runs normally around 12 to 15 khm and iv been on this type of training since after christmas, while i did lose someweight straight after i dont seem to be losing anymore weight,
