ok I am in also and posted a pic on my profile

275 goal

I just want to get my stomach a little more shredded
I work out 6 days a week and run 5 miles every morning then bike 15 usually 4 days a week on top of that and about 100 laps in the pool
1-2 hrs a day weight training and 4 hrs a day fight training sundays I relax
I stay on a no sugar, no salt, low sodium diet high protein decent good carbs lots of vegetables and fish and chicken
so take a look and any suggestions would be appreciated

I havent lost to much weight but I feel healthier and better... That and I had a girl last week who I hadn't seen in awhile text me after we parted ways with...

"A friend to a friend... you look damn fine"

I asked what changed and she said my face got thinner and I look more built. So the hard work at the gym is paying off!

I like the spirit of this thread so I'll join in. I'm 5' 10", 205lbs. My goal is to get to 180 by the end of the summer. I want to be able to do my first amateur mma event at 170 and think cutting 10 lbs is reasonable. I've been training kempo for 6 months and would like to test my skills. One thing I know is my ground game needs some serious improvements or I'll be a fish out of water if we go to the ground and I end up on the bottom. The grappling element of kempo involves a lot of illegal strikes in most mma rules, so I'm going to need to adapt.
