Starting weight: 165 lbs
Goal weight: 185 lbs
First I want to cut down my fat a little. I don't have very much, but I still want to trim down a little more. If anyone has any suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated.  Right now, I cut down on my eating a little which I think should be sufficient enough. |

Current Weight – 180
Goal Weight – 160
Quick background, I’ve been a fat ass for years, and I’m not sure why, but I finally decided to lose some weight last May. My original goal was 205 by September, and then 185 by the end of the year. I reached both of those goals, and now I want to get down to 160 by the end of March.
