beer and quesadilla's don't make for a good weight loss strategy!
So now beer has to be cut back to 1 or 2 a week (total beer's) and know binge eating at night while drinking said beer.
Besides that, I have picked up my gym going again. Was only going once a week through the month of December. Now back to to going at minimum 3 times, but will probable make 5 times a week.

I didn't realize i weighed so much. I have been really lazy lately, i stopped training, running an lifting and put on over 50 pounds.

Here is what i have been doing. I cut all regular pop out, i do not drink any reg pop, no chocolate, no fast food. I only eat Wheat bread and turkey. Instead of chips i eat carrots and bananas and started walking an jogging a mile every other day. I was fucking way out of shape.
What makes it worse is their is really no gyms around here anymore. But now the school gym opened back up. Wow i feel like a fat bastard lol.

I have a friend that went from over 300 pounds (around 320 i believe) and from walking everyday and watching what he ate lost around 100 pounds. He weight around 220 or less now.
Once you hit your 243 mark re set your goals and see if you can lose more from there. Just remember that the most important thing is keeping with the change in lifestyle and maintaining the weight loss.
Another thing, it took me a little to remember that pop = soda.

I am 6'-2", and weighed in at 225lbs as of this morning. My goal is about 190, or whenever the love handles disappear, whichever comes first!

according to that machine i was hooked up at 243 is bodys perfect weight. It said at that weight i would be at 8% body fat. I have no fucking idea what all that nonsense means, i know what the % means, but all the other shit the machine was shitting out. I am just a farm boy lol.
Plus i don't really want to drop below 240. My father and I are the same build an he went to about 220 or so an he looked sick.

If you feel good and positive by the way you look that is all that matters. I know when I make "weight" goals usually once I get to a point where I am happy with the weight and how I look, but most importantly I feel healthy is when I stop actively trying to lose weight and more maintaining. Okay, Im in as I just started trying lose weight Monday.
5'8"
Monday morning weight-186
Currently-182
Goal-Somewhere around 165
My goal is to lose down to 165 or more and then start back with the weights pretty hard to get some lean size. Great idea by the way...I think this will help me track my progress as well.
