Already mentioned, but Disturbed & Pantera work well for me. Throw in some Coal Chamber, early Korn, KMFDM, & some 80's metal.

Most of the time I listen to heavy metal to get pumped up, sometimes I listen to fort minor's song Remember the name, but my all time best pump up music is the song Disciple by Slayer, it's just crazy.

i myself would lean towards disturbed "down with the sickness' or something that is clasified as "angry" music. it gets me going and i tend to hit the heavy bag harder and take leg kick better. That's what I feel. Imagine sparring and shit listening to YAnni? got that would hurt mentally and physically!
