Here's another great fitness and training website: Synergy Boot Camp: Boot Camp Home
It's just hardcore hard work and it applies a great deal of workout templates to use as well.

Another one: Gym Jones - Power, Speed, Endurance, Suffering and Salvation
These guys trained the actors from the movie 300. The ideals here are great, but definitely hardcore too. I love it!
