exatly, you could be 205 but if yoo carry the weight in muscle ur gonna look good....ok well maybe not 205 but u get what i mean you can still look good and be damn heavy haha

I'm 5'9 and at 155 and in phenomenal shape (looks wise not actual shape)
So I cant see 167 being that much over weight. I mean I couldn't get down another 10lbs if I tried atm, different people have different natural weights.

Although I was up at around 170 - 180 in april/may and did feel that i was carrying a bit too much extra weight so I can see where you're coming from. I'd say jus hit a form of exercise you enjoy and stick to it and your weight will fall easily

u have a 40 waist and only weigh 210?? Crazy, i weigh 220-5 and im only 5'10 and i can still squeeze into a 36.
