167 is tiny compared to some people. but u gotta realize im a small guy. 5'7 and i used to be 125lbs for the longest time. trust me im getting bigger. my mom calls me "chubby boy" and my friends say i need to go to fat camp [but i think thier just bustin my balls] lol.
i think the average weight for a guy my size is probably about 155. so im about 12lbs over-weight. nothing serious.

Hahaha I was thinking the same thing. 5'9 here and 178 as of this morning. I was 170 in February but between getting laid off and not offording the personal trainer anymore oh here comes the weight gain.

i cant remember the last time when i weighed that, i was like in elementary school or something. 125 pounds? it doesnt seem that you are getting too fat.

im 6 ft 2, and november last year i weighed in at 275lbs today i weigh in at 178 lbs i got as low as 174 but i couldn't get any lower, i keep a very healthy diet of oats, veg, fruit and white meat, im running 8 miles a day at the moment 3 in the morning and 5 in the evening and im doing a 20 min stairs run aswell, aswell as doing 3, 5 min rounds of boxing but i still cant get down to the 168 which is where i wanna be

What do you do for a living? Thats an intense schedule to keep up and have a full time job.

Anyone can go back, but it a total mind shift that keeps you from doing it. My wife and I did nothing too extreme. We starting exercising and eating a whole hell of a lot healthier. No weird diets or over-the-top exercise routines.
It's a lifestyle change and in my opinion it is 90% mental.

i work a normal 9 to 5, i get up at 6 am for the three mile run, then as soon as i get in i do the other 5 as well as the stairs and the boxing,i dunno how i really do it, im just very motivated, i spent a good few years having people tell me i couldent acheive my goals, i do it kinda as a F** u to them and cos i love to train
