they taste OK. Work well as a meal replacement, and have some quality vitamins.
Yes they can be good to use as a supplement to your diet.

I use to use it and got a little bit more fat because of it. Weird because I am normally around 13-14% body fat and I got up to 19 on that stuff.

Now there is a diabetic ensure like product. Wouldn't that make more sense to take even if you're not diabetic? IE less sugar.
