Good snack before bed.

I work 3rd shift. After work I go home & run. But after my shower before I go to bed I am starving. What are a few good things I could eat before going to bed?? Thanks

right before bed something like cottage cheese (or if you hate it like me try ricotta cheese) and a bit of peanut butter/protein powder all mixed together tastes great and will help provide protein all night since the casein is very slow to digest.

just make sure it is casein protein and not whey.... although whey is the best protein to take, casein is the best to take before bed
