Rules
General Forum Behavior
1) No Flaming Anyone that includes the Mods or Admins, if you think we are being harsh or wrong please pm us an we will work it out.
2) Don't be a thread whore. In other words don't feel like you need to make 25 threads a day. It's hard to keep up with threads when there's 100 new ones everyday. If it's the same subject as another keep it there, if it's not really of importance and it's busy in the MMA world wait until there's not much to talk about and we need new threads.
3) Keep the threads where they belong and if a thread already exists, don't start a new one for the same topic.
4) No swearing/cussing in the thread titles
5) No spam. If you want to give us a link to a cool site, that's fine but do go around blatantly advertising stuff.
6) When posting a story from another site, please provide a link to that site. This way people can confirm your story.
7) Do not start baseless rumors. If you have some inside info (some of you guys know fighters) by all means tell us but if we catch you just making stuff up and passing it off as fact we will ban you.
8) No fighter bashing. You can have whatever opinion you want about a fighter but express yourself in a civil manner. There are no needs for personal attacks against fighters.
9) No Racism or Religion Bashing (it can be discussed in a civil way if you wish) or you will be banned without warning.
10) Do not post Spoilers (see below)
11) Do not post any pictures containing nudity unless the thread is properly labeled as Not Safe For Work (NSFW)
12) No stirring up trouble. If you are trying to start flame wars and disrupting other peoples posting, you will be punished.
13) No fancy colors or sizes for your font. Even if you feel like bright green and neon purple express your personality better, they are annoying to read and ultimately unnecessary.
14) For the sake of preventing fights Negative political signatures are not allowed. It is still perfectly acceptable to promote a candidate but you cannot have a sig or av attacking a candidate.
Note: This is a privately owned and operated website. Thereby we have the right to define rules about what a person can or cannot say. "Freedom of Speech" does not apply, so please do not complain that the rules are infringing on your Freedom of Speech.
Infraction System:
When you do something against the rules you will be issued an infraction. With this infraction comes a set number of points that will stay with you for a length of time. If you accumulate enough points you will become an inmate for a length of time. Naturally the more points you accumulate before they become inactive the more of a punishment you receive.
Admins also have the option to give you a warning, which is an infraction with no points or give you an infraction with a custom number of points at their discretion.

Note: If you feel you were unjustly given an infraction, PM one of the mods and we will point you to the person who gave you the infraction to discuss it. If we were wrong we will remove it. However very rarely will one moderator go over the head of the one that gave you the infraction.
The Reputation System:
The reputation system is our way of letting the forum police itself. If you find a post helpful or harmful to our community click on the bar graph looking button on the top right of the post and select whether you approve or disapprove the person's post. This will give or take a certain amount of reputation points, which depends on your reputation factor (which increases with you rep, number of posts, and time here).
To see you Rep and who gave it to you go to your User CP and it will list the last 10 reps you have received. A green block means that it is positive rep, red means that it is negative, and white means that the person either has too low of a rep or too few posts for their rep to count.
A Word of Advice
* Asking to be repped will generally get you more negative reps than positive reps. Nobody likes a beggar.
* Making a thread to complain about being Negged will generally result in you losing much more rep
Important Rep levels
*Start: 10 points
*Can post new threads Outside of Noob Jack City: 50 points
*Can access Priveledged forums: 75 points
* Should your reputation go below negative 75 points you will be automatically banned.
Reputation Factor settings (how much you give or take):
*Start: 1 point
*+1 for every year that you have been a member
*+1 for every 5000 posts that you have
*+1 for 500 rep you have
Other Settings:
* You must have 15 posts before your rep will count on others
* You must have at least 5 rep for your rep to count on others
* You can only give out rep to 8 users per day
* You must give 10 different users rep before you can re-rep a user (to prevent abuse of the system)
Circumventing The Reputation System
We have been hearing rumblings about members PMing people about "rep deals" to rep each other back and forth. If you get one of these messages forward it to one of the admins. We do not take kindly to circumventing the reputation system (which is here for a reason) and anyone caught doing so will have their reputation reduced by 25-50%.
The Flag System:
There is a small red flag in the corner of each post. If you feel a post in inappropriate flag it and explain why. This will alert the moderators and administrators about the problem and we will investigate it. Sometimes we get alot of flagged posts, so even if we don't inform you directly, the post is being looked at.
Important People & Colors:
You will see various colored names on the board, here is what they mean:
grey - Standard users
black - Inmate user
black with a line through - Banned user
Gold - Moderator
Orange - Administrator
blue - Staff that help with news or editorials on the main page.
The Trigg Resistance (TTR):
This is a long running joke about the fact that there are creepy naked pictures of Trigg floating around the Internet before we knew it everyone had Trigg's face photoshopped into pictures. We don't hate Trigg; Nor do we love Trigg. There is also a group opposed to the Trigg Resistance, aptly titled "Resist The Trigg Resistance" or RTTR for short.
