I don't know if any of you keep a training blog, if you do i woudl love to read it. I started keeping one just to help with my writing (becuase I was going to school for Journalism) But i got some really good responses from it.

Out of curiosity, how tall are you? You look like you're around 5 feet.

Training blog has been updated again!
I had a rough training session on Monday that just passed... and there is a video to show the frustration i had. Just wasn't a good night of sparring for me... find out why!

AND again on a brighter note training got a bit better wednesday and friday night.. check that out!!!
