Well both men have fought tough opponents but until you have fought Wanderlai,Hendo, beat liddel twice. I think that Ithink Quinton's the better of the two on this categorie. In the same fachion though Forrest has fought tough fights.

My question is Remember when Forrest showede up to TUF one with his forearm broken? When and where did that happen it was never really mentioned besides "a big brazillian sonbitch did it".

But Like I said at the inception of this sesonw hen coaches were announced, Forrest will win the show but Rampage will kick his ass in the cage.

rampage has def. fought the toughest opponents between the two....it's not even close. griffin's toughest fights was a close decision with tito...lost big time to jardine and jardine beat liddell. rampage beat up on chuck twice....while griffin beat up on bonnar twice. sure griffin beat a weakened shogun and shogun beat rampage....but rampage also beat randleman, lost to wandy twice, beat hendo and who can forget the arona fight. fighting the toughest opponents is surely on rampage's side....no hating of griffin here...it is what it is.

I think Rampage has the advantage. He's fought many more high quality opponents. Not to mention, he probably has more confidence in him self than ever before. He's bad and he knows it.
