He's flexing in the second picture. But thats silly anyway because its a well known fact that buffed ass dudes can get flabby if they stop working out for a day or two. There's a thing called training camp before a fight.
Buffed ass Jackson bears a passing resemblance to Keenan Thompson when He's not in fighting shape.

this was on sherdog, it was said the second picture was him at 170, the current picture is him currently after a big workout, he cuts aggresively to make 155, 170 he can afford to bulk up a bit and dehydrate, he's going to naturally be quite bigger at 170, sherdog had an edited version up later that removed the 170 picture in favor of a 155 pic before the franca fight or something, it looked much more reasonable.

Dropping down to the lowest weight you can possibly manage probably makes you look a little bit distorted. Randy couture had guns like a fuckin monster @ HW, but looked flaxen and outwardly unimpressive at 205. Sherk obviously wouldn't look as buff because he's 15 pounds smaller. But he doesn't really look out of shape either.

Totally unfair comparison..

A flexing weigh in picture (when dehydrated, like Sherk is with all the cutting he does) will make him look SOOOO much more jacked than a pic of him posing normally.

in the 1st pic he's probably walking around at his natural weight...
and the 2nd picture he's at weigh ins..

that would be the difference there

a guy i know cuts from 190 and i mean u can't see his abs or anything at this point...

and then when he hits 155 he's SHREDDED.. its retarded .. u can see every cut every muscle, all his abs everything...

Thats why bodybuilders loose all the water (and fat), to look more ripped. I´m not a fan of Sherk by any means but these pics are bs. I looked bigger at lean 190 pounds than i do now at 215 pounds.

Listen, I get this is the internet and I'm not going to jump on people for spelling and grammar (especially since I suck at spelling), but can you at least try and have something that resembles English? I mean, I can understand a lot of things because they let you type faster. Fine, but saving a single letter doesnt do shit. Fucking type "th" instead of "d" etc.
