Who do you think has the biggest head in MMA? Not as in big in attitude, but physically big. I was looking at a picture of Houston Alexander, have to say that nugget is Freaking HUGE! I bet his opponents are glad there are no head butts aloud.



Look at this freakin head man!!!!! Can anyone top this???

My God that is disturbing..... what an unfortunate looking man.

Junior Silva also has quite the noggin

That picture of Alexander is also very disturbing, it looks like he is wearing some kind of fake head off of a halloween costume.
