I think Huerta is a legit contender. I mean when they fought wasnt it a while ago? So that fight really has no barring now on the outcome of this fight, unless it was a descive victory one way or the other. I think Huerta plays it smart and takes Melvin down and GnP's for a bit before taking Melvin's back and subbing him.

Im pretty sure Melvin won at the time his hand got raised. No clue as to why its a NC

Thats what I was thinking, It was in an underground Tourney so Im sure it will be hard to find out exactly what the reason was for the NC
