While Okami would definitely rule Silva on the ground, I doubt it would ever come to that. Swick definitely isnt Silva when it comes to striking.
As much as I like Okami I think Silva would pick him apart in standup. Okami would be lucky to get in close enough to clinch. Okami is gonna have to improve his boxing ability a lot to at least survive enough to get a takedown.

Okami took him down when he got leg kicked, it could go either way but I think it swings A. Silvas way.

Yeah but Okami also doesnt have that great of a chin, swick was rocking him with pitter pat shots, Anderson would tko him way before it got to the ground. Okami is good but never champion in ufc, i dont think he can beat the top 3

I really do not think Swick was rocking Okami as bad as it looked. It just looked bad because Swick was throwing a lot of punches and Okami was covering up. That being said though, Swick is no Silva and if that happened in their fight Okami would end up counting lights.
I am gonna go against the grain and say Okami wins this fight, via TKO ground strikes in the 5th. After a few rounds of surviving Silva's punches with takedowns, Okami finishes a worn down Silva in the 5th not leaving it up to judges.

Very true, but I think Okami would be smart and just use his strength and takedowns to wear Silva down. He can take Silva down, so I doubt he would stay standing with him longer then he had too. I think after a few rounds of being slammed around and grinded out, Okami would be able to finish off Silva.

I will have to watch it again, but i thought Swick almost droped him but Okami fell into the fence and cought himself, but i might be wrong.
But yeah Anderson would ko Okami. Those shots Swick hit okami with were good but if it were Anderson he would have hit him with more shots and a leg kick or 2 thrown in there

Very true, but the same can be said about Silva's. Niether of them have been in a 4 or 5 round war, so it would be interesting to see how both would be able to hold up if the fight got into the Championship rounds. I think Okami would be able to handle, I mean he tends to out gas guys and finish them in the late rounds.
I am really hoping that this fight happens, I am acctually looking more forward to Okami fighting Silva, then watching Silva and Frankin again.

Franklin has a better chance beating Anderson then Okami, Shit i would rather see Franklin beat okami before fighting anderson again anyway.
Okami wouldnt be able to muscle Franklin around like he does to the smaller guys, and with franklins take down d he would be forced to stand and be tired out from trying to take him down.

If we are assuming that Okami has the skills to go 4 to 5 rounds with Silva then I think Okami would outgas him. If he does go that far it would mean that he has been keeping the fight on the ground. Since GnPers and wrestlers in general usually have really good conditioning that combined with the fact that he would have been staying on top would put him in a better condition during the later rounds of the fight. Plus I think Okami knows better than many on how to pace himself in a fight.
