Rashad Evans vs Matt Hamill
I'd love to see this fight. I think it's fair to say both are fairly even in the wrestling and gnp department. Obviously we won't be seeing any submission attempts so that facet of mma is irrelevant. As for the standup, from what I've seen they're about even there too - only thing is that Hamill's chin has been tested and verified grade A, where as Rashad's is an unknown quantity. Hamill is deaf though so there may have a slight counterbalancing disadvantage there.
Overall I'd say it's a pickem', and I'm going for The Hammer by (t)KO in the second.

striking department even??? thats very wrong...
yes there wrestling is even, and gnp, but rashads striking is lightyears away from hammils...and rashad is the better athlete imo...
rashad by ko, rashads hands are way better than hammils and hammill will be koed round 2...

I'm gonna have to disagree, as it looks to me that Hamill has pretty sloppy looking standup. I'm not saying Rashad is like CroCop or even Chuck in comparison, but Rashad's standup is a lot better than Hamill's and I think most people will agree with me. I'd see Hamill getting picked apart for all three rounds, and while his chin may be good enough to not get stopped, and his wrestling is probably about the same as Rashad's, I just see Hamill getting his face mashed up by Rashad.

Everything you stated is completely wrong.Rashaad's standup is a million times better than Hamills.Matt Hamill maybe the only man around who has sloppier standup than Forrest did.Rashaad is also a much better wrestler than the over rated division III wrestler Matt Hamill.

I think Matt is the better wrestler but with that being said i think since Matt likes to stand and bang Rashad will ko him in the 2nd.

and hes only trained for the olympics, hes never participated in it
Beating Greg Jones >>> just training for the olympics
plus Rashad has some of the best boxing in the UFC LHW division, 2nd to only Rampage
