I'd say rich ahead on the cards when hendo gets him.
from what i've seen (not nearly enough on hendo) rich looked crisper in most areas of his game. his standup looks more technical, and his ground game looks strong enough to at least stalemate and prevent damage, even put on offensive maneauvers, despite probably weaker wrestling. rich is smart enough to avoid most of the dangerous situations. However, he can get stunned, and i see hendo getting him and capitalizing on the situation. franklins recovery is quick, so maybe not a ko, but a tko or sub franklin leaves open while stunned
