Machida remained at 205lbs and Penn came in at whatever weight he felt comfortable with, knowing that he was still at a weight dissadvantage. I don't think Penn came in any heavier than 180lbs so he was likely giving up 25+ lbs in the fight, that is difficult to overcome.

Fedor said CroCop gave him the toughest fight he has ever had. By no means was CroCop dominated and I think he and Barnett have a valid chance to defeat Fedor.

Cro Cop was dominated in rounds 2 and 3, he just lost round 1. Overall, he was still dominated, Fedor wore him down in 10 minutes and then kept the pace in rounds 2 and 3. The thought alone is scary, to think, he runs 10 miles per day at a 7,000' altitude, he is the best because he pushes his body and mind further than any other fighter in the game.

Rematch would be great though, if the Cro Cop from the OWGP showed up, it would be a barn-burner. I would also like to see Barnett vs Fedor.

Fedor utilized his gnp technigues to beat CC. if GSP could keep it standing I think he would win on his feet. Fedor fights like he's 25 lbs bigger than he is. He out wrestles his opponent & when he gets top position it's usually game over.

i'm not saying it cant be done, on top of wand hughes almost did it, but the odds arnt in a fighters favor for lasting as champ for 5 years and to bet that two fighters are going to do it? i'll take the bet that at least one of them falls short of five years
