Well if you are asking who has better stand up skill I'd say Chuck without question. If you are asking who would win in a MMA fight standing I would like to think Chuck but he'd have to overcome Tim's height and reach advantage which would be difficult.

Chuck doesnt have the best technique but its better then Tim's, he can counter-punch Tim.. it wouldnt be that hard even with the reach advantage because Tim isnt that good at throwing punches, and his chin isnt that good.. Chuck would knock him out.

Size and reach > skill period. Chuck just isn't good enought to get through that reach and he doesn't have the style to beat Tim. Silvia didn't go 13 and 0 for no reason, whatever he was doing was working.

I could see Chuck landing some body shots and some leg kicks ,but I think the size difference will be too much for Chuck.Chuck would have a great punchers chance ,but Chuck throws looping punches and the best counter to that is a straight jab which is what Tim's known for.I think this fight would go either way ,but I'd give a slight edge to Sylvia.
