Shogun vs. Cro Cop

I think this match would be a little more even then the rumored Shogun vs. Fedor. Who do you think takes this one??

these are my two favorite fighters and a really tough fight for me.

due to crocop's takedown defense, the fight will probably be a stand up fight. advantage crocop.
even if shogun gets crocop in a muay thai clinch, crocop is strong enough to break the clinch and throw a straight left or LHK.

it would probably be a very entertaining fight, but I think crocop would win, unless Shogun could score a takedown and work on a submission; however, even then Cro Cop's ground game has improved a lot.

shogun's quick with good striking....but cro cop is on a roll and would pick shogun apart like he did wand but i dont think he would finish it with head kick

Shogun is a massive LHW, he can fight at HW unlike Wand plus he has a much better chin then Wand. I think Shogun can win it even though Cro-cop is a much better kickboxer then Shogun is thai boxer.. Cro-cop has an iffy chin and Shogun can put him out. Shogun has beaten a lot of great strikers like Snake and Cyborg, why not one more in Cro-cop? Shogun hasnt lost to a striker yet.

he took them both to the ground cause he couldnt handle the stand up, and he beat cyborg early in his carear...

cro cop would pick shogun apart, cro cop has great take down d so shogun would be forced to stand and he would get koed..

why do you think its that easy? seriously.. you think that two people that square-off with great standup would just end in a KO? you watch a boxing match, you got two great boxers.. one of them may have the edge in boxing skills but the fight doesnt always end in a KO why do you think like that?

So what if he beat Cyborg early in his career, Cyborg was always a great Muay thai fighter so what does that matter? he still beat them, ya Cro-cop has great takedown D but Shogun can stand with Cro-cop can he win? of course he can! Cro-cop has a questionable chin and Shogun can handle the weight of a HW. Most likely would Cro-cop win? of course but why do you think Cro-cop would just KO Shogun (a guy thats never been knocked out) with such ease is beyond me. Shogun is NOT WANDERLEI SILVA he has a better chin and cleaner standup with a much difference stance.

how can you say shogun has a better chin than wand, i havent seen shogun take half the shots wand has.

and sorry but you said the same thing about wand, you said y do i think wand will get koed by cro cop if wand had never been koed!!! well we saw wat happened...

and im not saying shogun cant ever win but i dont think he would, cro cop is better standing, has cleaner striking, much more power, and most likely would not be taken to the ground, i just think cro cop kos shogun much like he did wand...

Wand took a beating before he got KO'd and sometimes you have to think logically, if it were Wand and Cro-cops first fight I would of probably said he would of gotten KO'd but logically when they fought before and it went to a draw IE: Cro-cop didnt KO wandy and Wandy has never been KO'd it would be a bold prediction to say that Cro-cop would KO Wandy, but Wandy got exposed.. someone has mentioned how Wandy gets rocked in a lot of his fights.. his chin isnt better then Shoguns would you think logically for once?? your saying that because Shogun hasnt taken a beating that you cant say he has a better chin but.. if he has such a bad chin it would get exposed, but does it make more sense to assume he has a bad chin like you are assuming right now? no it doesnt.. your gettin on my case for assuming he has a good chin but your doing the exact opposite and assuming he has a bad chin. Like I said already and your just repeating it.. Cro-cop has better striking.. he would win the fight but Shogun has very good striking and can knock Cro-cop out because Cro-cop has a questionable chin and this has been proven.. and a guy like Shogun who attacks at every angle is his crpyonite. Could you please stop comparring Shogun to Wand! they are not the damn same! Ok how bout I just say Shogun will knock Cro-cop out much like Kevin Randleman.. it makes no sense!
