Franklin vs Quarry II
Franklin vs Quarry II...I'm going with Quarry via knockout. franklin is nowhere near as good as when he killed quarry the first time around, and quarry has shown recently that he's better than when he fought franklin.

franklin would destroy him again.no question
franklin is a way better striker than quarry and quarry poses no threat on the ground so i dont see how he could win a rematch,it would go pretty much like the first time

im suprised you think quarry would win.
frankling would destroy quarry, it would look just as bad as the first time. i dont think u realize how good richs striking is.
franklin is just as good if not better then he was before, there is just much better competition in the ufc now. before tanner was the 2nd guy, look at him now, he cant even win in the ufc. and i dont contribue that to him being old. the 185lb division has gotten 10x better then before.
rich has beaten everyone put infront of him except silva.

I don't see any reason why the rematch would not go the same way as before.
I could see it happening next maybe though, as both Quarry and Rich are coming off wins @ UFC 83.
Maybe...

lol wtf? How is Franklin not as good as when he fought Quarry the first time? Just bc he got destroyed twice by Silva does not diminish his skills. This is not like fucking Highlander. I mean Silva didn't take Franklin's skills in a quickening after killing him in there fights.
If anyone is not as good as they once where it's Quarry. He is coming back from a major back injury. He was losing his fight against Sell until catching him in the third round and just chased Starnes around for 15 minutes. Quarry is a decent striker but when it comes to guys who have technique and some skills on the feet he is going to get worked. He has no head movement or foot work. Not to mention he just moves north and south and has no idea how to move side to side. He comes straight at you and stands in front of you. So when you do that against Franklin chances are your going to get KO'ed like Quarry did the first time.

I'm a big Nate Quarry fan, but I don't think he he's fully recovered to where he was pre-surgery. Franklin might not "kill" him, but the fight would not very close. Rich has a better ground game, is sharper on the feet, and can take more punishment. The only way for Nate to win this fight is by Rock Hammer.

Im a big fan of both these guys and with that said, i as interested in the first match up...
In the rematch, it would for sure be a lot closer than the first time because Quarry has gotten better were as Franklin, to me, is past his prime, but still very dangerous.
Both, again to me, have "Questionable" chins, but I still say Franklin in the 2nd round by TKO
