i say liddell. but, i, admittidly, am a chuck liddell nut hugger. he first got me into ufc by folding Tito ortiz like a chair, and spinning coutures head around. i hope he would do one of the two to vera. though i do like vera, i don't know if he could handle chucks power

Chuck

Vera is a good striker at heavyweight becuase he is alot faster then the big slow heavyweights. He won't outstrike Chuck at a distance and he wouldn't be able to take him down, his best chance would be in the clinch.

vera hasnt really shown me anything...i think chuck could beat him...branden is a small chubby hw...chuck is just as big as him and imo has more power and better angles...ill wait and see brandon vs werdum happens to talk about vera

Vera has to surprise Chuck in order to win. Like a superman punch or a spinning back fist to probably just knock chuck down but i dont see a KO victory here for either fighter.

Chuck takes this first round KO but brandon would put up a helluva fight. It also depends on which chuck shows Chuck we saw destroy Babalu ,Tito,and Randy or Chuck who fought Jardine aka the new Chuck.

no such thing as new and old chuck. Jardine just had a very smart gameplan and picked Chuck apart.

oh there is a difference after Rampage knocked the try out of him it messed up his head after a few wins he could get his head on straight and be back to normal. After winning so long you start thinking you are untouchable but when you KTFO in such a small amount of time it obviously did something to his head look how he fights now he fights tentative

Chuck is good, very damn good, or else he wouldn't have been the champ for so long and beat who he has beaten.

But people are seriously underestimating Vera. After Vera lost to Tim, i have noticed that people are making him out to be some kind of bum.

I actually think Chuck would have got knocked out by Tim.

Brandon is taller then Chuck, which really don't mean much, but in this case i actually believe Vera's reach is longer then Chucks.

Brandon is imo much more well rounded then Chuck.

Vera's stand up is better, his hands are faster, not to mention Vera has out standing MT.

So when Vera is throwing punches, you also have to look out for kicks, something Chuck isn't that use too.

Brandon knocks people out at HW who are natural hw's yet he can't hurt Chuck.

Vera sometimes puts on weight to come in bigger against people. So in a fight at 205 with Liddell we would see a better Vera imo.

Vera at 205 imo would have more power, faster hands, and move better on his feet.

Brandon likes to use kicks, Knees and punches, and that will help him in this fight.

They each have the power to knock each other out.

Its not like Chuck can man handle Vera.

Vera is use to dealing with naturally bigger stronger people.

In this fight i would honestly consider Chuck the underdog. Vera is just well rounded, younger and imo hungrier.

If this fight ever happen, i see Chuck getting knocked out by knees.

what about the fight with Wandy. I damn know i seen Chuck try in that fight and he looked good doing so. I don't recall him being that tentative in that fight against one of the most fearsome strikers at 205. Even after being knocked down in the fight, Chuck still got up and came after Wandy.

So i don't really know what your talking about.
