Frank Shamrock vs Tito II

Now that Tito says he's done with the UFC (whatever that means), is it too early to start talking about a rematch with Frank Shamrock? If Tito does leave the UFC, a Strikeforce match with Shammy could be huge if it was promoted properly.

Not sure if Frank wants any part of Tito at this point in their careers but I would still like to see this.

frank and tito have actually been talking about this fight for a little while now. Apparently they have something in the works, and I wouldnt be surprised if Tito's next fight after Machida was against Frank in EliteXC.

In regards to the fight itself, I honestly don't think Frank stands much of a chance, aside from catching Tito with the perfect flurry of punches (because it will take frank more than 1 punch) dropping him for the tko.

I see tito coming in much bigger, taking Frank down at will and dominating. I wouldnt be surprised of Tito stopped him.

Wow, you are well-informed. I remember Tito saying he's wanted this rematch for years, but that's the first time I have ever heard that Frank was really interested. So this could really happen, cool!

I won't make a prediction yet, I will wait until I see how Tito does against Machida and how Frank looks against Cung Le. Frank wasn't that impressive against Renzo (though Renzo did not hurt him), but he looked good against Baroni, even with a torn ACL, so it's hard to say where he's at. He's not that old, still younger than Hendo or Chuck.

although Tito has not been too impressive lately, Frank has even been less impressive. at least Forrest and Rashad are rising talents, more then i can say about Phil Baroni and Renzo Gracie, although i have much respect for them.

Franks takedown defense is pretty much shot and Tito wont gas himself out in 2 rounds, he will put Frank to the cage and pound him.

As much as I would like to see Frank win, id have to go with Tito on this one.

but Frank is surprising, so I dunno..

and I don't think that its a given that Tito wont gas out.. Tito has been uncharacteristically gassing as of late, and hes very injury prone at this point in his career.. so it wouldn't surprise me to see Frank win but stylistically Tito has the edge.

as much as i hate tito, he should win this. unless he gasses out, which i don't see happening.. but who knows, frank is no fool

Tito was beating Frank up until he gassed.. no question..

I think Tito is a better fighter than Frank.. now and then...
