Because BJ Penn is a Bad Mother Fucker.
Also, this includes a stipulation that BJ can go balls to the wall for 5 rounds and has laid off of the Taco's.

yes its a bj penn at his best vs. an Anderson Silva at his best. imo BJ wouldnt be able to submit Anderson and he cant stand with Silva

Coming from a Penn fan, thats not very likely.
At 170 if Penn can't get Anderson to the ground he will get beat up and put away.
That goes for any weight between the 2.

Lyoto is pretty dangerous both on the ground and in the stand up position and is even a bigger weight difference longer reach, ect. And BJ seemed to find a way to stay in the fight.
I doubt, (But Hope) that we get a chance to see this one day.

Lyoto's Stand up is nowhere close to Anderson Silvas. and Silva has a black belt under the Nogueira brothers. Penn might have better bjj but he most likely wont be able to submit him

Why wouldn't Penn be able to take him down?
