I have to go with a one hit as being more exciting cause your like oh shit did you see that a flury you can kind of tell when a guys out on his feet still awesome but doesn't make me jump out of my seat usually. A one hit is like a car wreck where a flury is like a pile up by the time its over your like shit that had to hurt, but the initial excitiment has disipated.

I like the flurrie Wandy VS Belfort style a guy bum rushes another and lands like 7 punches in 8 seconds. Also I love seeing someone out on the feet and still getting hit.

i would go with the one punch ko.its more exciting because your not expecting it,and it comes out of nowhere.and the other fighter could be winning at the time when he gets caught

The flurry because it takes some form of skill and handspeed to pull it off (Mike Swick or Anderson Silva). Haymakers are boring and easily telegraphed from a mile away (ie Lidell's Right Cross).
