Either way the fight will only last about 30 seconds.
PBF better land the first one, cause he won't get another.
Garcia via absolutely breaking PBF in half (probably heel hook)

exactly! Must be those red tops he's smokin!
He better pray PBF doesn't land a shot cause that's the only hope he has.
I think Garcia would win, but it would be after charging PBF and looking like a rag doll before taking him down. His only chance is to clinch and get the takedown.

First big punch PBF lands with 4 oz gloves will shatter his tender hands. So he better finish him with the first one, or the pain in that hand will be unbearable to punch with.
I think a grappler getting a takedown & opening shop is much more likely than a boxer landing the shot he needs to finish the grappler first. I'm a bjj guy so obviously i'm a bit biased, but history tends to say i'm right.

I voted Garcia based on the fact that hes more of a MMA fighter then PBF is and mos def built more for MMA then PBF is but...
heres the thing, and it was eluded to before.. he has horrible takedowns, amazing grappler.. but horrible takedowns.. definently not in PBFs league when it comes to striking in any venue, with any gloves.. it doesnt matter he doesnt touch PBF on the feet
Based on an actual fight, where theres actual MMA training taking place.. when your such a superior striker then your opponet whom has horrible takedowns.. whats the worry here?
PBF pretty much goes into the fight knowing EXACTLY what Garcia is going to do, it becomes very predictable that hes going to try and take him down.. all his focus is gonna be on stopping that.. hell on his training can go towards stopping the takedowns because he wont and doesnt need to train striking at all.
Hell you can go 4 months of just training takedowns and countering with punches.. cuz PBF really only needs one big punch to win the fight.
Thats the only thing I see in this kind of matchup.. a guy like PBF whos superior in speed, power, striking vs a guy who isnt a takedown wizard whos going to come into the fight pretty one-dimensional in what he is trying to do could end up getting his block knocked off because someone like PBF should be smart enough to gameplan, and be able to use his ability to execute properly in this kind of a fight.. a more well-rounded opponent would take years of training to transition for.. someone like Garcia who has to go through the same process as PBF.. despite him being a ground fighter, could get hurt.

Garcia has a very shitty shot, but he has decent trips. I just think that he will pull gaurd if he ever gets a hand on PBF and sub him from his back.

garcia easily. he takes floyd down fast and subs him in any way. he wont stop the takedown and there is way less ground talent required to sub him then garcia has, it would last about 10 seconds. but id much rather see floyd get ktfo by a kick or knee even though it would still be dangerous to strike with him, or just get some nasty ground and pound on him.

If Floyd could stuff the take downs he isn't dumb enough to go to the ground with him.
Floyd is a very very smart fighter.
right now Garcia takes it.
