Dan Henderson vs. Rich Franklin

This would be a bad matchup for franklin . But i think it would be closer than people would think
Wrestling . Without a douht hendos a world class wrestler.
Striking . Probaly franklin would be better tecnicly than hendo but hendo has more power

Ground . Id say equal i dont think one could submit the other

Overall Henderson would beat franklin

First thing first. Henderson has to get by Anderson Silva and the winner of that fight is going to need to take a rest before fighting anybody. If all goes well then Henderson after beating Silva should fight Rich in October, now that would be a good fight.

I think Rich would pull this one of by KO (yea i said it!) It would be a mad fight and i think he would be good match up for hendo and would equal his strength and technique.

exactly wat anderson did??? thats kinda ridiculous seeing as hendo and silva fight nothing alike...rich couldnt deal with silvas quickness, and insane muay thai, niether of which hendo has over franklin...

i think this fight is closer than people think...hendo and rich area about even int he stand up department imo...maybe witha edge to hendo is power and a edge to rich in technique...wrestling goes to hendo but rich can hang a little and niether will subb the other...

this fight stays ont he feet for a while with rich landing better shots but then hendo gets it down, gnp's and pulls a decision win..

Imo Dan's striking is better than Rich, he did KO Wandy and that no small task.

Butterbean couldn't KO Hendo. For some reason, Hendo just has a sick chin. It really isn't a talent or skill, but you can't deny that Hendo has one of the best chins in MMA. If Hendo had an average chin, I would give A. Silva the advantage over him, but I just don't think Hendo can be knocked out, or even TKOd.

Franklin has nothing over Hendo. If they stood and traded, Franklin might have the "better looking" striking, but once Hendo lands, Franklin goes to sleep.
