I can show you where Josh is clearly a better striker then Couture.

Saying Randy couldnt put Josh on his back is stupid because he did it for a round and a half.

Show me a Randy Couture who actually strikes well, please dont tell me you were easily fooled by his ability to slip Sylvia's punches.. that was gameplanning.. and nothing special.. id like to see a Randy Couture who throws good punches, yet all I see is a Randy Couture who is easily countered.. who leaves himself open every time he throws.. who only throws jabs and rights and isnt good at anythign else.. while on the other end I can show you a Josh Barnett who stood toe to toe with Big Nogs.. the best boxer at HW.

And he was in trouble the entire time. Sure Randy controlled the fight from top for over a round and threw a few nice punches and began to attempt a keylock, but he was certainly on the defensive from Joshes subs throughout the fight. He escaped a deep armbar, knee bars, foot lock attempts. And as soon as Josh got Randy in a bad position it took him 45 seconds to end the fight.
I think a rematch would go pretty much the same way. Randy would control Josh for a long time, but eventually Josh would get a good position and end the fight by strikes or a sub.

That is also true. Randy did a good job getting on top of him but Barnett is just to big and strong and to good of an athlete for Randy to stay on top of, and once Barnett got on top of him it was all over.

I give an edge to Barnett in Striking and Grappling, as well as being the bigger fighter. Randy can use good gameplanning and his superior wrestling for awhile but it wont last him three rounds IMO
Barnett wins

That's randy thing... he is probably the best fighter in MMA when it comes to controlling his opponent standing or on the ground. I think Greco wrestlers have an edge over folkstyle wrestlers because their sport translates into a better standing and a better ground game.
