How does anyone expect GSP to stand an strike with Anderson when he barely moves his head. Anderson would pick him apart an finish him. Take a look at the end of the Anderson Franklin 2 fight. Anderson hit him with a few punches, couple knees an a kick all within seconds. That is some bad ass shit right there.

Like i said in my first post, Anderson will knock him out in the second unless GSP gets stupid an tries to stand an trade an he will go down fast.

GSP will take Anderson down an imo it will take him about half to a full round to figure out how he wants to end it then do it, so most likely end in the early second.

Anderson could knock GSP out with a knee when he shoots in and end it fast.

Every time i watch him fight there is SOoooooooooooo little headmovement and matt serra was smart enough to capitalize on that. GSP uses his modified kyokushin karate stance and jumps in and out of the pocket to strike without any head movement.

Silva was able to dodge 2 punches and a kick with his hands down against Rich Franklin. I dont see GSP being able to strike with silva.

Oh but wait but GSP have super amazing takedowns and tdd. Well Silva have long limbs and GSP is gonna eat a fucking knee trying to shoot in. FUCK that not even a knee, itll be a side kick to the face or even a front kick to the face.

but i find it absolutely hysterical when people say that gsp has not beat anyone that is well rounded.

he has had to face a division 3 x as tough as the middleweight division and he has beat all of the top contenders except 1.

the ww division along with the lhw division are absolutely stacked, and everyone is finding out it is pretty near impossible to go undefeated in those divisions now. and the MW division is pretty weak.


GSP has beat Karo who is well rounded. To say he is not well rounded is just stupid. he has world class judo with explosive standup. He doesnt have the best standup but it is "good" and when you mix that with everything else you get a well-rounded fighter.

hughes is the greatest ww of all time and gsp killed him. he doesnt have terrible standup. his punches are sub-par but other than that he is descent, and he also uses his punches to set up his TD's very effectively. so when you mix that with his TD's and his Ground game, hughes is very well rounded.

Also Josh Koscheck is a very well rounded fighter. If GSP can take down Kos and control him, i think he can do the same to A. Silva if he works cautiously to avoid subs.
