Babalu beat Horn in the finals of the IFC Light Heavyweight tourney back in 2003. Babalu also beat Trevor Prangley and Mauricio "Shogun" Rua earlier in that night, while Horn beat Forrest Griffin and Mikhail Avetisyan to advance to the finals.
